Lamberts Downtown Barbecue is chef owned and operated by partners Lou Lambert, Larry McGuire, Will Bridges, and Thomas Moorman Jr. The menus change frequently and seasonaly and are inspired by the three chefs fine dining backgrounds and love of Texas barbecue, wood grilled steaks and chops, mexican food, and local products. Meats, seafood, and produce are carefully sourced from the best ranches and farms. Sausages, charcuteries, smoked fish, and desserts are all prepared in house.
